Welcome to my
genealogical web site! Set out here is the information that
I, with much help from others, have discovered about some of my
ancestors and their present day descendants.
 For the
most part, the families recorded here come from rural England, from
Buckinghamshire where Milton Keynes now sprawls....
from Devonshire, Hampshire and Northamptonshire where 18th century
farmhouses still remain and the hamlets and villages are recognisable
from those time.
Some families were caught up in the early part of
the industrial revolution along the Tyne and Wear, in mining, iron
making and steam engine building. Others sought, and some
times found, their fortunes in Australia, New Zealand and in the
East and West Indies.
